We only stayed here for one night. The hotel has a very grand entrance but our room was a little dated. However, the staff were very polite, spoke good English, and were very helpful, printing off some documents for us. Breakfast was very good. There was an excellent selection and plenty space in the dining room. Overall, not expensive, good location and decent hotel for a short stay.

Fast Wi-Fi with speeds up to 40 Mbps, good view from the rooms, located close to ATMs and eateries, cordial staff some of whom speak English, delicious breakfast with good spread and healthy options. The rooms were clean and quite spacious. Bonus points for the provision of a bathtub. Wheelchair accessible property.

Not very close to city center but everything is around like (supermarket, banks and so ) if you need anything. Inside restaurant serves perfect options for breakfast and dinner, rooms are well equipped for comfortable stay. And staff are helpful.

Towering hotel, you can observe almost the whole city from the windows. The room is very large, the bathroom is just huge. The bed and other furniture are quite old, but still OK.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room rates are a great value.

The breakfast was great! Also, despite of the fact that my flight was at earlier morning time we got our breakfast at room and it was great!!! Room was excellent!! All staff was friendly, positive, and polite!!! I would love to recommend my friends and co-workers to stay at King Hotel Astana while visiting this beautiful city in Kazakhstan!!!

Good, clean room and nice breakfast. It was very nice to get en early breakfast as a room service the day we were leaving so early to the airport that we couldn’t get normal breakfast.
